Ive been going to Satori Lazer for a long time and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this Satori lazer location. For this reason I again strongly discourage anyone from purchasing services from Satori laser now or ever.I also think that based on the response that they give that when people come out and speak the truth about them in a desperate effort to maintain a five star or more than 4.8 star rating they try to really bully you and bamboozle you again into a corner so you can remove your reviews and they can make you look like the problem and they can make you look like you’re bullying them when in fact it’s the complete other way around. And it’s time that Citori laser actually take ownership and responsibility and accountability for their actions. If you are being bamboozled and being treated Unprofessionally with poor customer service and really bad attitude you’re going to become frustrated you’re going to let the person know to try it and we navigate course and that’s what I did. And at that point went to other customers came to my defense the girl picked up a box of masks and try to force me to wear a mask even though they had previously said that I don’t have to wear a mask. The only time they started enforcing a mask policy was when I had called them out on false advertisement as well as fraud as well as poor customer service. In fact I had asked them and explain the situation and they were saying that I did not have to wear a mask for that reason. I actually had surgery on my nose and I had an infection and that was something in the prior two visits to them that I had said and they had no problemWith me not wearing a mask. They also are claiming that I did not wear a mask out of malicious intent. They still sent me an email after I terminated services with them and they continued to write this post despite me on five occasions saying I do not ever want to be contacted by them.
I kept telling them to stop calling me and if they continue to call me that I would be taking further action against them.
After that they continuously contacted me on a recorded line on my end and they kept trying to force I me too help them reverse their reaction that they had in store. I was also the one who after my experience in location and where to customer stood up for me in my defense based on them also seeing how much they were trying to bully me and bamboozle me I had told them before leaving that I don’t want any contact and that would be considered harassment. They never contacted Groupon for a refund it never happened I verified it on three locations all the way up until the state. The response that does business has given is absolutely a perfect example of how they victimize themselves and believe their clients. Total consThey misadvertiseHi everyone here’s an update. Never pick up phone and target people who complain by totally attacking them.
